The Syrian Uprising 2011 Information Centre is a small group of Syrian volunteers collecting and categorizing information about the Syrian revolution in an English format.


At the end of each day they release a map containing the most recent videos and news out of Syria with informative English descriptions.

A well-known news organization in the Middle East and around the world, Al Jazeera has been keeping live blogs of all the Arab Spring movements from their earliest days.

Al Jazeera’s Syria live blog compiles daily news stories and reports by Al Jazeera and other news organizations on international and domestic events related to Syria.

Amnesty International is known for their progressive activism for Human rights all around the world.

​

Their dedicated page includes reports on torture, discrimination, and violations of human rights in Syria. 

Known for its deep commitment in human rights all over the world, Human Rights Watch has been vigilantly documenting the atrocities and struggles from the beginnings of the Arab Spring.​

​

On their dedicated Syria page you can find extensive and in-depth reporting on the situation in Syria.

​

Human rights watch has made great efforts to document these atrocities both through refugees and through their own activists sent into Syria.

​The United Nation's Human Rights Commission has done extensive work and research on the abuses happening in Syria.

​

Of interest are the Reports of Commission of Inquiry on Syria which detail many examples of human rights violations.
